Harry’s Interview with Tom Bradby – A Masterclass in Gaslighting
Tom Bradby was as confused and exasperated as all of us.
If, like me, you fell asleep during the ITV Harry interview, here are the most infuriating gaslighting moments
At one point during the ITV Harry interview with Tom Bradby, I woke myself up with a loud snort, my mum on the couch beside me snoozing away too and only my sister on the far end of the couch, in the land of the living, giggling at how riveting the interview must be to have this effect on myself and mum. I couldn’t help it. Harry’s voice put me to sleep. I’m normally an insomniac so perhaps I should just play this interview to myself the next sleepless night I have.
I woke up with a jump only to hear another lie escape from Harold’s mealy mouth, that Meghan had never said the Royal family were racist. Come again? We’re not stupid Harry, we all watched the Oprah interview. So, having watched the full Tom Bradby interview now, my blood is boiling at some of the untruths, desperate backtracking, gaslighting and obvious PR efforts to paint MM in a good light.
It disgusts me. And here are the worst bits.
“No, the British press said that”
Harry trying to gaslight us that he and MM never insinuated in the Oprah interview and in their 6 hour Netflix snore-fest that the Royal family are racist is next level narcissistic gaslighting. He’s trying to make us think we are the crazy ones? Manipulating the interview and steering the conversation away from racism accusations to ‘unconscious bias’ — Harry is the picture of dishonesty here with an evil smirk on his face as he challenges Tom Bradby, seeing is he can get away with this untruth. It reeks of duper’s delight and makes this interview hard to watch.

Harry, the audience have a better memory and a higher IQ than you and your wife it seems. Tom Bradby may be a soft touch of an interviewer as he’s chosen your side over William’s and you regard each other as mates, but we, the public are a tough crowd. Well not tough — we just like fairness, decency and honesty. We’re funny like that. We hate liars. And we hate race baiters.
We remember Meghan in the Oprah interview pointedly accusing a member of the Royal family (she nor Harry would not disclose who — this instantly makes it highly suspect) of questioning what skin colour Archie would have. And (ludicrously) that he would never be made a prince due to said skin colour. Ahem, the son of a duke can never be a prince so Meghan and Harry had deliberately fed the US audience incorrect information here to stir up race tensions.
We remember all too well the boring, preachy lecture in Harry and Meghan’s 6 hour Netflix documentary that sought to provoke guilt in the monarchy and the British public who love them, and to “kickstart conversations” (ie. race bait) about racism in the U.K. and the historic racist legacy of British colonialism.
Not to mention, after this documentary, Harry and MM received a prestigious Kennedy human rights award for calling out ‘structural racism’ within the royal family. Does he think we are stupid? Does he think we have short memories? We have the receipts Harry. And so does Oprah with her “whaaaaaaat?” reaction (to the highly doubtful question on Archie’s skintone) although I notice Oprah has gone very quiet all of a sudden.
We are not stupid and we have seen that these two let the press print stories for a full year about the royal family being racist without correcting them or retracting their dishonest Oprah statements. Harry is twisting the truth now saying that the royal family are guilty of ‘unconscious bias’ rather than racism. Oh, SPARE US, Harry. The gaslighting and manipulation here is on a Machiavellian scale. This is how reputations are irrevocably destroyed and he claims to ‘love’ his family? Words fail me.

Throwing Camilla under the bus
Harry says Camilla sold stories about William to the press in order to paint her in a good light and pave the way for her marriage to Charles. Harry pleaded with Charles not to marry her. Then he says he doesn’t see her as an evil stepmother but someone who “did everything they could for themselves to improve her own reputation and her image”. Projecting much?
Wow nice words for a family member he claims to ‘love’. So on the day the Queen sadly passed away, Harry tells Charles he can’t talk about Meghan that way but Harry can trash and say anything he likes about Charles’ wife? The double standards and sense of entitlement of this spoilt brat are insane.

What would he say to William?
Tom Bradby then asks Harry what he would say to William if he were watching the interview and Harry, looking affronted, says that he would not say in public what he would say to his brother. That it was PRIVATE. Really? Suddenly he get’s secretive when he has released in his book “Spare”, the most public and humiliating details of the brother he is so envious of? My guess here is that Harold is really saying:
“That information doesn’t come for free. Pay me more and I’ll reveal that”.
Harry and Meghan are a couple with no scruples or class whatsoever. We can clearly see this. For this couple, everything has its price. Absolutely nothing is private or sacred. Anything that has not been revealed yet? It’s because the price was not (yet) right.
“Family members have got in bed with the devil”
This is pure projection the way of all bullies. Because it’s himself and Meghan that sold his family out for money with an Oprah interview full of untruths, and a 6 hour Netflix propaganda documentary where they told lies about his family. Neither of them gave a thought to what effect these family members, let alone on three innocent children George, Charlotte and Louis.
“I’m very, very happy, I’m very at peace. I am in a better place than I’ve ever been, and I think that probably angers some people”.
Sure you are Harry. I don’t know what to say to this other than the actions of someone are far more convincing than the empty words that come out of their mouth. I for one don’t know how you or MM sleep at night with the enemies you’ve both made of your families. Harry comes across as jealous, insecure, petty and abusive towards family and that is not the description of a happy man living his best life.
And at the end, Harry claims to “love” his family
“I love my family, and I always will. I just wish in the second darkest moment of my life, they’d both been there for me. And I believe they’ll look back one day and wish they had too”.
Wow, well with love like this, I mean… this only reminds me of an abuser who hits a victim but then asks for forgiveness saying he loves them. And repeats the toxic cycle over and over. And why is everything that comes out of his mouth “Me, me, me?” Can he not feel empathy enough to know others feel pain too? They’ve had the darkest moments of their lives too. Many of them caused by and exacerbated by H & M. But H refuses to see this.
Ugh I can’t even bring myself to type his full name now, I’m disgusted.
But, like many, I’m too invested now so I’ll be tuning in and documenting the Anderson Cooper 60 Minutes interview as soon as I get to see it. Who knows, I might even get a chance for a good forty winks at that too.
